There are accessories for nearly any situation imaginable. You want a military helicopter to come fetch you out from the middle of nowhere? Believe it or not, there are devices that will give you that peace of mind with the press of a button.

What to Look For

Accessories aren’t essential to your trip but they can make the tough times a little easier to bear. It is possible to get carried away with the products in this section. Some would compare it to throwing a kid with a credit card in a toy store. Odds are you probably won’t NEED the items listed under accessories. Only look up the stuff that you truly think you’ll need. Anything else will be additional weight that you don’t have to carry and additional items that you’ll have to keep track of. But hey, if you like the feeling of having a Military Chopper Doomsday Panic Button on your keychain, I’m not going to stop you, because frankly, that’s pretty badass.
